Dubai property market, June 2026: median AED 1,737/sqft, up 9.0% year on year

In June 2026 the Dubai Land Department registered 13,703 residential sale transactions worth AED 30.2B. Over the 12 months to 30 Jun 2026 the median price of apartments and villas was AED 1,737/sqft, up 9.0% on the prior 12 months. Off-plan sales were 68.2% of the 12-month total. Figures count registered sales from official DLD open data, never listings or asking prices.

Compiled retrospectively on 15 Oct 2026, when this series of monthly editions began. It uses the register as it stood then, so its June 2026 count includes registrations that arrived after the month’s regular publication date.
