Seasonality
Typical registered sales by calendar month, averaged over the 8 complete years 2018–2025. The most recent months are excluded while their registrations are still settling, and the seasonal index is adjusted for the market's growth trend, so a fast-growing year cannot make its closing months look busier than they seasonally are. October is seasonally the strongest month, about 30% above the quietest, January.

Sales by price band

Price momentum by area
Year-on-year change in the median price per sqft of ready (resale) apartments and villas, trailing 12 months vs the prior 12. Off-plan launches are excluded so the move reflects price, not a shift in what sold, among areas with at least 50 ready sales in each window.
