It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Government of Dubai, the Dubai Land Department or any government entity.

Statistics about the Dubai property market computed from official open data published by the Dubai Land Department: registered sales, rents, projects and related registers. The method is documented on the methodology page and the datasets on data sources.

Nothing on the site is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a valuation of any property. Decisions you make with the figures are your own.

The figures and charts on this site are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. You may copy, share and build on them, including commercially, if you credit “Dubai Real Estate Data (dubairealestatedata.com), based on Dubai Land Department open data” and link to the page the figure came from.

The underlying source data remains subject to the Dubai Land Department’s own terms. The DLD residential price index shown on this site is republished as the DLD publishes it, and the DLD states that it should not be used for commercial purposes.

The figures are processed (cleaned, deduplicated and aggregated) from the public registers, which can contain errors and are updated late: recent months keep filling in for several weeks. Figures are provided as they are, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a purpose, and they can change when the source data changes. For the authoritative record of any transaction, refer to the Dubai Land Department.

You can create a free account by signing in with Google. An account is for one person. You can delete it, and everything stored with it, at any time from Account and data. What is stored and why is described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or delete an account that is used to abuse the service.

Account holders can connect an application such as Claude or ChatGPT to the site’s read-only data tools through the MCP server. The connected application acts on your behalf; you approve it on a consent screen and can remove it at any time. The same figures are also published without an account as markdown and JSON files.

Access is free and offered as is. Requests are rate-limited, and the server can be paused or ended at any time without notice, including automatically when its use would exceed the site’s hosting budget. Do not try to get around the limits, overload the service, probe its security, or use someone else’s account.

The site is provided free of charge. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the site, its figures, the MCP server or the data files, or from their being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms may change; the date at the top shows the current version, and material changes that affect account holders are announced on the site before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without limiting any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
