Dubai property market, September 2026: median AED 1,734/sqft, up 5.9% year on year

In September 2026 the Dubai Land Department registered 11,033 residential sale transactions worth AED 26.7B. Over the 12 months to 30 Sept 2026 the median price of apartments and villas was AED 1,734/sqft, up 5.9% on the prior 12 months. Off-plan sales were 68.2% of the 12-month total. Figures count registered sales from official DLD open data, never listings or asking prices.
